Could be 1 of two things I can think of, Something is wrong with the PCI-Express slot for the WiFi card (though odd cause BlueTooth is working) 2) Lenovo is known to black list non approved WiFi cards making them not work. I have had to BIOS flash one of my Lenovo laptops to use a better (non approved) WiFi card.

The output for sudo lshw -C network is: *-network UNCLAIMED network-manager is already the newest version (1.2.6-0ubuntu0.16.04.2). It's showing me only bluetooth and nothing about wireless.

I agree with you, you should be able to use your Wi-Fi as intended and we will do all we can to get everything working to the quality we all expect. I know this is a hassle while trying to move in.
